How do I order?
Please fill out an order form. Vi’s BakeBar will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
How far in advance can I place my order?
For all custom cake requests, please submit an order form at least 2 weeks in advance. For specialty cakes and all cupcakes, an order form should be received at least 1 week prior to the date requested.
Can you customize a flavour?
Vi’s BakeBar has signature flavours, however, if you have a specific request, please fill out the order form with the details and Vi will try her best to accommodate.
How long does the cake last?
It is recommended to wrap your cake in an airtight container and will last in the fridge for about 5 day.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Unfortunately not at the moment. However, Vi’s BakeBar plans to be able to accommodate in the near future.
What is the payment process?
Vi’s BakeBar requires full payment for orders under $200 upon booking. For orders over, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining 50% to be received a week before pickup. Payments to be made via credit OR e-transfer to info@vi-bakebar.com.
What are the buttercream options?
Vi’s BakeBar only works with an Italian meringue buttercream, as she feels is the best texture and flavour for her cakes.
What are the delivery and pickup options?
Vi’s BakeBar currently offers pick up only at the North York location.
